In the Construction Management model, RMG Contract Interiors Inc. is retained by the client at the beginning of the construction process, and is an integral part of the management team. RMG works with the consultants, provides tender services, and acquires pricing from reliable contractors for each discipline. For every construction management project RMG appoints a project manager and a site supervisor to control every aspect of the job. The project manager provides a work schedule, chairs weekly site meetings, and is a liaison between designers, property managers, and the client. The project manager works closely with the site supervisor, following each job through to the close out stage. The site supervisor maintains the construction schedule, manages the sub trades, ensures job site safety, and communicates with municipal building inspectors.
